Product Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the strategic vision for the product you oversee

• Engage actively in the daily operations of the area to gain a comprehensive understanding of its systems and processes

• Lead product development initiatives from initial concept through to launch

• Collect and refine business requirements in collaboration with internal teams from product, engineering, business, marketing, and finance

• Create and maintain the product roadmap

• Work together with engineering and design to establish requirements and confirm technical feasibility

• Manage the product lifecycle, from planning to launch, ensuring quality and alignment with market needs

• Track and evaluate product performance metrics and KPIs

• Oversee the entire C-level project portfolio throughout the discovery, build, and delivery phases

• Identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and essential cross-functional dependencies

• Convert raw operational data into actionable insights for executive leadership

• Enhance the predictability and sophistication of quarterly and semiannual planning cycles

• Act as the primary quality filter for strategic initiatives prior to their presentation at governance forums

• Elevate the quality of product discussions through structured proposals and a holistic ecosystem perspective

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable higher education qualification

• Experience in Strategic Project Management (PMO), Product Operations (ProdOps), or as a Chief of Staff

• Strong background in Product Management, with extensive knowledge of the product lifecycle, including discovery, delivery, and performance metrics

• Proven experience working in complex, matrixed environments with numerous stakeholders

• Familiarity with AI architecture, GenAI, or agent-based platforms
