This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the deployment and implementation of the Entri Product Suite.
• Collaborate with clients, hospital operations, and applications/infrastructure teams to design, build, and implement solutions that enhance patient and user experience.
• Maintain standard workflows and develop educational resources for go-lives.
• Ensure accountability among stakeholders for the delivery of solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects aimed at building and operationalizing business-to-consumer solutions.
• Identify subject matter experts, adhere to project timelines, and pinpoint, escalate, or resolve issues that affect delivery.
• Provide project updates and escalate matters when necessary to stakeholders.
• Suggest efficiencies, improvements, and expansion opportunities for product and process initiatives.
• Manage the timely and proficient delivery of application database builds.
• Define and gather the necessary data to construct applications within the scope of the contract, timeline, and budget.
• Analyze data and workflows to establish standard best-practice processes.
• Work in collaboration with client, operations, training, IT, and support teams to adhere to timelines and drive operational changes.
• Deliver training sessions and collaborate on the creation of educational materials.
• Lead database validation and conduct functional and integrated testing to ensure readiness for go-live.
• Develop a strong understanding of challenges within the healthcare industry, especially regarding patient access.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Healthcare/Technology.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the significance of patient data privacy.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Ability to present information clearly and respond to inquiries from managers, clients, office personnel, and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
• Results-oriented and deadline-driven; capable of working in high-pressure environments and adapting to rapidly changing customer demands.
