📋 Description

• Define and spearhead the multi-year vision for the payments ecosystem.

• Identify key new product opportunities within the changing payments landscape.

• Drive the strategic direction across various product pillars and initiatives.

• Align product strategy with the company's growth objectives, revenue goals, and market expansion plans.

• Lead and nurture a team of Product Managers.

• Establish team structure, hiring strategies, and career development paths for product leaders.

• Set product management standards and operational processes.

• Cultivate a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation.

• Propel the advancement of the payments orchestration platform and its capabilities.

• Ensure robust support for payment connectivity, orchestration, reconciliation, financial operations, subscriptions, recurring payments, and chargeback management.

• Ensure the product architecture accommodates enterprise-scale merchants and high transaction volumes.

• Collaborate with Engineering leadership to define a scalable technical architecture.

• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to translate market needs into product strategies.

• Eliminate organizational hurdles and foster alignment across teams.

• Lead cross-team initiatives that span multiple product areas.

• Manage the business performance of the payments product segment.

• Define success metrics and product KPIs associated with growth, merchant adoption, and platform efficiency.

• Balance customer value, scalability, and business results in product decisions.

• Assess emerging trends in the payments ecosystem.

• Identify opportunities in orchestration, approval optimization, financial automation, and AI-driven payment intelligence.

• Position the platform as a frontrunner in enterprise payments infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Product Management.

• Proven experience leading multiple product teams or managing Product Managers.

• Strong background in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure platforms.

• In-depth understanding of payment ecosystems, including orchestration, PSP/acquirer integrations, payment methods and wallets, disputes and chargebacks, and subscription and recurring payments.

• Experience in building and scaling API-driven platforms.

• Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams on complex systems.

• Experience leading large-scale cross-team initiatives.

• Excellent strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to define long-term product direction.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in advanced or native-level English.
