Product Experience Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Design comprehensive customer and associate experiences across web, mobile, and emerging channels.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Content teams to address customer challenges.

• Conduct and utilize customer research, usability testing, analytics, and feedback.

• Shape content and messaging within experiences when appropriate.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance discovery, ideation, prototyping, and content creation.

• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.

• Contribute to design systems, patterns, and best practices.

• Balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical limitations to deliver impactful solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

• Portfolio showcasing customer-centered design and measurable impact, including experience in designing digital products from concept to launch.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools.

• Experience working with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

• Interest in AI and experience utilizing AI-enabled tools in your workflow.

• Preferred experience in content design or content strategy.

• Preferred experience designing AI-powered, conversational, or intelligent experiences.

• Preferred experience in conducting usability testing or customer research.

• Preferred experience in contributing to or evolving design systems.

• Preferred experience working across content, service design, and research disciplines.
