This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the commercial digital portfolio, setting the product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Recognize and rank high-value opportunities by considering client needs, business objectives, behavioral indicators, operational performance, and emerging capabilities.
• Convert opportunities into precise product direction, priorities, and measurable results.
• Make portfolio trade-offs balancing client value, business impact, evidence, effort, risk, and learning potential.
• Maintain a balance between immediate performance, foundational capabilities, and long-term innovation.
• Cultivate an understanding of commercial client operations to simplify, speed up, or enhance their experience with Safelite.
• Design solutions for complex, high-volume settings involving multiple roles, permissions, workflows, and decision points.
• Minimize friction, enhance self-service options, improve transparency, and decrease unnecessary coordination.
• Link product decisions to adoption rates, retention, service costs, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Promote the use of AI in discovery, analysis, synthesis, prototyping, experimentation, and product decision-making.
• Utilize AI-native tools to analyze client interactions and product performance, uncovering patterns and identifying opportunities.
• Foster team proficiency so that AI becomes an integral part of product managers' daily work.
• Assess where emerging AI capabilities can enhance the commercial experience and team workflows.
• Spot AI opportunities throughout commercial workflows and service interactions.
• Collaborate with proactive product leadership on conversational, agentic, predictive, and adaptive capabilities.
• Ensure AI-enabled experiences provide measurable value, appropriate controls, reliable data, and clear expectations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop product managers accountable for the commercial digital portfolio.
• Establish standards for product judgment, client insight, analytical fluency, experimentation, and execution.
• Create operational methods that support continuous discovery and delivery.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Commercial leadership, Sales, Account Management, Analytics, Technology, Operations, Billing, Field, and Contact Center teams.
• Align teams around opportunities, priorities, success metrics, and necessary decisions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to all policies and standards.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• 7-9 years of experience in product management or digital products, including substantial ownership of B2B, enterprise, or business-client digital products.
• A minimum of 8 years of product management or digital product experience, particularly with ownership of B2B, enterprise, or business-client digital products.
• Proven experience in leading and developing product managers.
• Experience in managing digital products from strategy and discovery through to launch, measurement, and ongoing improvement.
• Proficient in designing for intricate client environments that involve multiple roles, permissions, workflows, and decision rights.
• Strong analytical skills and practical experience utilizing digital analytics platforms such as Quantum Metric, Heap, Amplitude, FullStory, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying AI in product strategy, discovery, research synthesis, analysis, prototyping, experimentation, and optimization.
• Experience leveraging AI-native tools to analyze client behavior, product performance, and emerging opportunities.
• Familiarity with measuring adoption, conducting experiments, optimizing workflows, or enhancing digital performance in a B2B context.
• Ability to integrate client needs, business strategy, operational realities, and technology capabilities into clear product direction and investment priorities.
• Experience in environments focused on continuous discovery and delivery.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including engagement with senior internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Preferred: Experience with fleet, logistics, field service, or vehicle-related digital products.
• Preferred: Background in delivering AI-enabled, conversational, agentic, predictive, or automated capabilities within business workflows.
• Preferred: Experience with products that link digital interactions to operational or physical service delivery.
• Preferred: Knowledge of APIs, integrations, billing systems, entitlements, identity, permissions, data products, and design systems.
• Preferred: Experience with enterprise clients where adoption spans multiple roles or operational units.
