This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the complete product development lifecycle for a designated portfolio, which includes strategy formulation, planning, and project leadership.
• Take ownership of the portfolio’s P&L and collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and other Product Directors.
• Direct intricate product development initiatives involving engineering, data analysis, vendors, and various other functions.
• Create and implement project plans featuring clearly defined performance metrics.
• Provide project updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Cultivate relationships with internal cross-functional leaders, clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Conduct financial analyses, create business cases and pricing models, and monitor profitability.
• Track product revenue performance and pipeline trends; enhance monetization models as necessary.
• Formulate product strategies in collaboration with the Product VP and senior leadership.
• Aid in strategic initiatives, the development of new capabilities, partner programs, and improvements to the portfolio.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for product features, beta tests, and launches.
• Assess product ideas and opportunities for differentiation, feasibility, regulatory compliance, and data security.
• Assist in quarterly product roadmap planning.
• Offer insights to the Product Owner regarding feature prioritization and process optimization.
• Bachelor's Degree (Required).
• Master's Degree (Preferred).
• A minimum of 8 years of prior leadership and management experience is necessary.
• Comprehensive knowledge and significant experience with industry-specific issues.
• Understanding of workflow and business relationships across all functional areas within the organization.
• Proficiency in emerging technologies, including AI tools and Microsoft Office software, is required.
• Proven, hands-on experience utilizing AI tools in daily product activities is essential.
• Capability to read, analyze, and interpret business and marketing information, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Competence in writing reports and correspondence, discussing ideas at all organizational levels, and presenting information effectively.
• Ability to apply financial and profitability concepts to real-world situations.
• Skill in creating and adapting products responsive to changes in business and market conditions.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, AI-driven workflows is required.
• Proficient in leading projects and initiatives that influence various functional areas.
• Capacity to resolve complex problems with widespread organizational implications.
• Ability to align product opportunities with long-term business objectives.
