Product Development Manager, Bilingual in Korean

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Amazon product catalog strategy, which includes SKU rationalization, bundling, and establishing a new product roadmap for the channel.

• Collaborate with Brand and Product Development teams to synchronize product launches with Amazon's go-to-market strategies.

• Determine product positioning, pricing strategies, and competitive differentiation for Amazon listings.

• Oversee the complete new product launch process on Amazon, encompassing ASIN setup, content creation, and launch promotions.

• Evaluate product performance data to uncover growth opportunities and identify underperforming SKUs.

• Work together with Supply Chain to guarantee accurate demand forecasting and timely replenishment for key ASINs.

• Keep an eye on competitor product offerings, pricing, and positioning to guide strategic decisions.

• Partner with the Advertising team to ensure product campaigns align with various stages of the product lifecycle.

• Ensure product compliance with Amazon's listing policies and category regulations.

• Monitor and report on product-level KPIs, including conversion rates, BSR, reviews, and revenue contributions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce product management, product development, category management, merchandising, or eCommerce.

• A robust understanding of Amazon catalog management, listing optimization, and product launch processes.

• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, CPG, or consumer products is preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Amazon marketplace trends, consumer behavior, and product lifecycle management.

• Strong analytical and project management capabilities.

• Excellent cross-functional communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to convert consumer and marketplace insights into commercially viable product opportunities.

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean is highly preferred.
