Product Development Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collect business requirements and convert them into system specifications for commercial insurance applications.

• Examine business workflows and pinpoint areas for automation and system enhancements.

• Collaborate with development teams to design and execute system specifications that support essential commercial insurance features.

• Create precise, detailed, and organized system requirement documentation.

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

• Partner with quality assurance teams to ensure that requirements are accurately implemented.

• Assist in project development, prioritization, issue resolution related to requirements, and change tracking.

• Assess risks and implications of system modifications and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of comprehensive knowledge regarding the complete Product Development cycle for both proprietary and bureau lines of business.

• Familiarity with commercial insurance vendor software platforms.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and SharePoint.

• In-depth understanding of commercial insurance products, including property, casualty, workers' compensation, auto, and financial lines.

• Capability to analyze policy forms and regulations and convert them into system requirement development.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
