Product Designer, Partnerships – Brand Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee a substantial aspect of the product experience and take responsibility for business outcomes.

• Perform user research and light testing to define and prioritize product initiatives.

• Convert ambiguous, ambitious concepts into persuasive business and product proposals.

• Acquire necessary resources and lead execution with well-defined success metrics.

• Advocate for deep insights and learnings in conjunction with conventional metrics.

• Collaborate with marketing, engineers, designers, data specialists, and applied scientists to brainstorm, prioritize, and implement solutions.

• Coordinate among teams to guarantee project comprehension and alignment.

• Propel high-impact initiatives from inception to scale.

• Discontinue or phase out initiatives that fail to meet success criteria.

• Develop interactive demonstrations and motion-rich experiences for partners.

• Enhance motion and brand craftsmanship in live product interfaces.

• Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, Go-to-Market Operations, Product, and Brand teams.

• Assist in translating brand system updates into coherent, high-quality product experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product design.

• A mix of agency and in-house product design background.

• A strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Proficient in advanced Figma prototyping skills, ranging from low-fidelity flows to high-fidelity experiences featuring motion and interaction.

• Experience in crafting polished micro-interactions, transitions, and animations.

• Background in translating brand systems into product experiences through motion, iconography, and UI refinement.

• Comprehension of technical feasibility.

• Capability to work effectively with engineering partners.

• Excellent communication and visual storytelling abilities.

• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work is mandatory.

• A resume is required.
