This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for Hypershield experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to grasp requirements, technical capabilities, and constraints.
• Convert product requirements and technical abilities into impactful user experiences.
• Assess intricate workflows from the user's viewpoint and pinpoint gaps and opportunities.
• Generate design alternatives that assist cross-functional teams in achieving well-informed solutions.
• Refine designs based on input from users, research, designers, product partners, and engineers.
• Work alongside Engineering during the implementation phase.
• Utilize established design systems.
• Employ modern design and AI-assisted tools to explore concepts and expedite prototyping.
• Design user experiences that enhance policy management, vulnerability visibility, reporting, and security workflows for cloud and distributed environments.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Over 3 years of professional experience in product design, UX design, or UI/UX design focused on creating digital product experiences.
• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, including user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity product designs.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Experience in translating product requirements, user needs, and technical capabilities into user-centered design solutions.
• Proven history of collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Research throughout implementation.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled design or prototyping tools.
• Preferred: experience in designing enterprise software, infrastructure, SaaS, cybersecurity, networking IT, or other technically complex products.
• Preferred: knowledge of security, networking, infrastructure, or SOC workflows and security concepts.
• Preferred: strong visual and interaction design abilities.
• Preferred: critical thinking and curiosity when addressing complex product or user challenges.
• Preferred: experience with established design systems and AI-assisted tools such as Figma Make, Claude, or MCP-based workflows.
