This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Oversee the complete design process from initial discovery and research to high-fidelity design and implementation.
β’ Perform user research and usability testing to collect insights, validate solutions, and enhance the platform.
β’ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an agile setting.
β’ Advocate for the customer perspective and transform insights into a shared understanding within the team.
β’ Develop journey maps, user flows, information architecture, and interactive prototypes.
β’ Balance user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations.
β’ Identify and prioritize UX enhancements while contributing to the evolving design system.
β’ Ensure accessibility, usability, and desirability throughout platform experiences.
β’ Monitor product performance through analytics and user feedback, making iterative improvements as needed.
β’ Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
β’ Influence the experience of a global volunteering platform by creating intuitive experiences for both volunteers and organizations.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or growth-stage companies.
β’ A portfolio that demonstrates your design process and rationale, not just final screens.
β’ Strong UI design skills with a passion for creating accessible and functional interfaces.
β’ Experience in designing intricate workflows for web, mobile, or native applications.
β’ A deep understanding of product dynamics and the ability to comprehend customer needs and motivations, translating them into product opportunities.
β’ Capability to think comprehensively about end-to-end experiences and articulate trade-offs within a larger ecosystem.
β’ Comfort in navigating ambiguity within fast-paced, undefined projects.
β’ Ability to clearly communicate ideas, reason through decisions, and use storytelling to sway stakeholders.
β’ Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
β’ Knowledge of tools such as Figma, Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
