📋 Description

• Create user interfaces starting from concepts and user flows, advancing to high-fidelity mockups that are ready for implementation.

• Collaborate with a diverse design team across different functions.

• Comply with specific project requirements.

• Work in partnership with product owners, service designers, and development teams.

• Assist in setting up user testing for interfaces.

• Perform UX/UI evaluations of developed increments.

• Adhere to established design system guidelines.

• Follow accessibility best practices.

• Provide support to the sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in designing digital products within a technology or IT environment.

• Proficient in design tools like Figma.

• Strong empathy for users with the capability to recognize current and future needs.

• Skill in managing stakeholder expectations and guiding discussions in high-risk and complex scenarios.

• Experience working within a cross-functional team that includes research, design, engineering, data analysis, and business.

• Strong communication skills for clearly and effectively conveying creative visions, concepts, ideas, and solutions.

• Familiarity with design systems and contributing to their development.

• Experience in implementing barrier-free designs (WCAG 2.1 Level AA[A]).

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both Estonian and English.

• Interest in the role of AI in design work.

• Previous consulting or agency experience is advantageous.
