Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize and deliver product features from inception to a fully polished, production-ready user interface.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to transform unclear challenges into effective, user-friendly solutions.

• Contribute to the creation of reusable design system components, patterns, and related documentation.

• Engage with customers and leverage insights to inform design choices.

• Provide and accept constructive, specific feedback.

• Adapt to changing priorities while ensuring high quality and a focus on user experience.

• Support the enhancement of the team's design processes and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in designing digital products, with a robust portfolio that demonstrates a variety of skills in craft and problem-solving.

• Proficiency in Figma and contemporary prototyping practices.

• Experience in designing responsive web and/or mobile applications.

• Ability to thrive in an environment where processes are still being established.

• Proven history of effective collaboration with engineering and product teams.

• Experience in designing intricate, workflow-driven products such as SaaS applications, internal tools, marketplaces, or platforms.

• Capability to navigate ambiguity and progress with insightful inquiries.

• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards is a plus.

• Experience in designing AI-assisted or AI-powered customer-facing features is an added advantage.
