Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Lead the complete product design process for chat experiences, character creation, monetization, and growth pathways.

• Create innovative product surfaces, including live interactions and AI video functionalities.

• Collaborate closely with the Design Lead, Product Managers, and company founders.

• Assume significant responsibility and work independently across various product surfaces.

• Convert strategic product insights into exceptional visual and interaction designs.

• Design mobile-centric experiences for a large-scale consumer application.

• Produce refined interfaces, interactions, and prototypes.

• Manage the entire product design workflow from initial concept to final execution.

• Contribute to a dynamic product environment where new interaction models are regularly introduced.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of comprehensive consumer product design experience.

• Proven experience in designing and launching scalable mobile-first products.

• Strong strategic product insight paired with exceptional visual execution skills.

• A portfolio showcasing polished, contemporary, and high-quality UI across real consumer products.

• Ability to effectively demonstrate strong visual craftsmanship and design quality through portfolio examples.

• Daily engagement with AI tools for design, prototyping, or content creation.

• Capacity to articulate specific AI tools and workflows applied in the design process.

• Advanced skills in Figma.

• Strong prototyping capabilities utilizing design tools and/or code-based methods.

• Experience working independently and taking charge of product surfaces.

• Openness to initially work on a B2B/contractor basis.

• Comfort in handling adult-content product experiences.

• Excellent asynchronous communication abilities.

• Effectiveness in a fully remote work setting.

• Experience in NSFW, dating, AI companionship, or social platforms is a plus.

• Background in motion, 3D, or illustration is advantageous.

• Familiarity with subscription or monetization products is beneficial.

• Experience in gamification is a plus.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is an advantage.
