This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Create user-focused digital experiences across Brightspeed’s public website, eCommerce processes, and customer account management platform.
• Convert brand guidelines and marketing campaign objectives into visually appealing, conversion-focused web experiences.
• Collaborate with digital analysts and strategists to conduct A/B and multivariate testing.
• Analyze test outcomes and refine designs accordingly.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools for research synthesis, design exploration, prototyping, and validation.
• Assist in developing prototypes for AI-driven or conversational customer experiences.
• Create and maintain landing pages that foster seamless customer journeys across digital media touchpoints.
• Track prospect progression and conversion metrics alongside product owners.
• Prioritize enhancements to eCommerce design.
• Champion modern eCommerce design standards within the shopping and purchasing experience.
• Wireframe new and existing experiences and model complex user flows.
• Deliver polished, production-ready UI aligned with the established design system.
• Maintain organized Figma files with great attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with product management and software development teams to evaluate UX health and prioritize enhancements.
• Engage in weekly design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and stand-ups.
• Present well-thought-out design solutions and share innovative ideas.
• Sketch and illustrate concepts using FigJam or Figma.
• Independently manage workload in Asana across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Execute other assigned tasks as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, UX, eCommerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI within a professional product-design workflow, with evidence of improved outcomes.
• Over 3 years of experience in a web design position.
• A portfolio showcasing both UX strategy and UI craftsmanship.
• Proficient user of Figma.
• Comfortable working with established component libraries and design systems.
• Experience in making data-informed design choices and effectively communicating the reasoning behind them.
• Strong and collaborative communication skills across design, product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that demands rapid ideation and high-quality final production.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish are advantageous.
• Exposure to front-end development (HTML/CSS) or familiarity with developer handoff processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, FullStory, or similar is preferred.
• Background in branding, marketing, or eCommerce strategy is a plus.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards is favorable.
