Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Join a dynamic and agile design team focused on creating an AI voice assistant product from inception to launch.

• Collaborate directly with the design lead on a daily basis.

• Interpret loosely-defined requirements and identify what needs to be developed.

• Proactively clarify project scope in collaboration with engineers and product managers.

• Efficiently produce clean, production-ready user interfaces.

• Utilize Figma as the primary design tool and manage components that support multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Implement UX principles in user flows, breakpoints, layouts, and compositions, while emphasizing rapid delivery and execution.

• Engage in design discussions and quickly incorporate feedback to minimize revision cycles.

• Gradually assume responsibility for more complex challenges and ownership of projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in designing technology products.

• Experience in a cross-functional product team, particularly in an agile or scrum-like environment.

• Strong capabilities in UI and visual execution, with a portfolio that demonstrates solid craftsmanship and sense of composition.

• Proficient in using Figma.

• Practical understanding of UX principles, including user flows, breakpoints, layouts, and compositions, prioritizing delivery and execution speed over extensive UX ownership.

• Logical, structural, and analytical thinking skills: capable of transforming vague or open-ended tasks into a series of actionable steps without needing constant guidance.

• Effective communication skills: able to articulate design decisions clearly and ask pertinent questions.

• A proactive attitude: does not wait for detailed instructions and contributes innovative ideas and solutions.

• Preferred: experience with consumer products, animation tools (such as After Effects or Principle), and familiarity with TV or smart devices.
