Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Transform incompletely defined inputs into deployable user interfaces.

• Proactively clarify project scope with engineers and product managers.

• Rapidly produce clean, production-ready user interfaces.

• Utilize Figma as the main design tool.

• Construct and maintain components that support multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Implement UX principles in user flows, breakpoints, layouts, and composition logic.

• Engage in design discussions and swiftly integrate feedback.

• Reduce feedback cycles.

• Gradually take on more intricate challenges and increased responsibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in designing technology products.

• Experience collaborating within a cross-functional product team in an agile or scrum-like setting.

• Strong capabilities in UI/visual execution, with a portfolio demonstrating solid craftsmanship and composition skills.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Working knowledge of UX principles: understanding of user flows, breakpoints, layouts, and composition.

• Logical, structural, and analytical thinking abilities.

• Capacity to take ambiguous or open-ended tasks and break them down into actionable steps independently.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proactive attitude.

• Preferred: experience with consumer products.

• Preferred: familiarity with animation tools such as After Effects or Principle.

• Preferred: background in working with TV or smart devices.
