Product Design Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee a small team of product designers, ensuring project prioritization, team alignment, and the timely delivery of high-quality design work.

• Mentor and motivate the team through regular critiques, coaching, feedback, ongoing learning, and skill enhancement.

• Manage project timelines, roadmaps, and design workflows effectively.

• Directly contribute to significant design projects while balancing leadership duties.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and executives to translate strategic objectives into user-friendly design solutions.

• Advocate for user-centered design by utilizing qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and behavioral insights.

• Ensure design consistency and scalability through design systems and atomic design principles.

• Promote accessibility and inclusive design practices.

• Work alongside analytics and product teams to assess design impact and optimize experiences based on data.
