Product Delivery Lead – Product Owner, Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee the product backlog and roadmap.

• Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies.

• Align stakeholders and assist the team in maintaining focus and ensuring effective delivery.

• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the delivery team.

• Contribute to decisions regarding new features and user experience enhancements.

• Convert business requirements into clear specifications and actionable tasks.

• Coordinate and monitor progress in relation to the product roadmap.

• Actively identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles.

• Support the team in sustaining momentum, concentrating on delivery, and fostering continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend products and deliver high-performance, resilient, and scalable software systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Product Delivery Lead, or a comparable product delivery position.

• Significant experience in functional, non-technical product environments.

• Proven experience in managing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Proficient at translating business needs into clear specifications and actionable tasks.

• Capability to drive team engagement, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.

• Experience in managing and prioritizing backlogs.

• Ability to coordinate and track delivery in accordance with the product roadmap.

• Experience in contributing to product decisions, including new features, user experience, and enhancements.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

• Proactive attitude, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
