Product Data Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee standardized item data, which includes item setup and ongoing maintenance within the company's ERP system, Infor LN.

• Assist the Product Management and Sourcing teams with requests for product changes.

• Aid in the upkeep and auditing of product data and other related item information.

• Engage in cross-functional alignment initiatives aimed at creating unified processes and data structures.

• Establish and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the ERP system.

• Manage and/or take part in workflows related to new product setup across various regions or sites, product lifecycle modifications, supplier updates, and alterations to item data.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Sourcing to handle product changes and ensure consistent data processes across product lines, regions, and sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in item data management, item management, or sourcing management.

• Background in managing item data within the automotive aftermarket is advantageous.

• A strong work ethic coupled with a self-driven attitude.

• Proficient in working with performance scorecards and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Capable of functioning effectively in a dynamic, matrixed, and remote-first setting.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing abilities across all levels of the organization.

• Experienced in handling data and content through various systems and formats, including ERP and PIM platforms.

• Familiarity with and experience in change management.
