This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product launches, messaging, enablement, and customer marketing for four products.

• Prioritize releases and compose launch briefs for Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

• Conduct interviews with firm leadership teams to create customer case studies and proof points.

• Develop message maps for new features and conduct testing with Sales teams.

• Facilitate launch enablement sessions and update pitch decks and one-pagers accordingly.

• Revise competitive battlecards following deal reviews.

• Oversee the customer reference program.

• Write launch press releases and submissions for awards.

• Create LinkedIn posts and bylines for executives as a ghostwriter.

• Provide customer insights to the Product team to guide the roadmap.

• Compose internal launch announcements.

• Influence outcomes such as win rates, product adoption, and message consistency in the field.

• Report directly to the Director of Marketing and engage in weekly collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product and/or customer marketing within the B2B SaaS sector.

• Proven experience managing product launches from start to finish, including tiering, messaging, and sales enablement.

• Background in customer marketing with an emphasis on case studies, references, advocacy, or customer advisory programs.

• Experience in marketing to back-office buyers such as finance, operations, or accounting professionals.

• Previous experience in accounting or professional services is a significant advantage.

• Must have writing and storytelling samples available for review.

• Familiarity with building competitive intelligence and battlecards.

• Comfortable presenting to sales teams and customers.

• Daily user of AI tools, with the capability to explain workflows.

• Proficient in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Canva.

• Startup experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Required to disclose whether employment visa sponsorship will be necessary.

• Must consent to a background check if required.
