Product Coordinator – MarTech Platform, Governance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and oversee the centralized intake process for MarTech requests.

• Act as the main coordination hub for MarTech intake and issue escalations.

• Monitor and report on intake SLAs, request statuses, and prioritization results.

• Manage user access requests across various MarTech platforms.

• Assist with quarterly user access recertification processes.

• Keep governance logs and uphold platform standards.

• Organize governance forums and triage meetings.

• Record decisions and maintain documentation repositories.

• Track platform adoption, usage patterns, and unresolved issues.

• Support UAT coordination, release tracking, and communication efforts.

• Collaborate with Product Management leadership, Solutions Architecture, and the Director of MarTech Strategy & Operations.

• Promote consistency, transparency, and operational efficiency among internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in a coordination, operations, or MarTech support capacity.

• Proficiency with enterprise marketing technology platforms.

• Excellent organizational and process management abilities.

• Experience in managing intake systems and workflows.

• Capability to handle multiple requests and engage with various stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills are a must.

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Workfront, or similar applications.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in any field; 5-8 years as outlined in the qualifications.

• Familiarity with Adobe platforms like AEP, AJO, CJA, AEM, and Workfront.

• Experience in supporting governance or access management procedures.

• Knowledge of Jira, ServiceNow, or Workfront.

• Exposure to enterprise-level governance environments.

• Experience in digital marketing or customer journey management.

• Experience in supporting issue escalation processes.

• Understanding of user access controls and audit procedures.
