📋 Description

• Deliver field risk engineering services to fulfill underwriting criteria.

• Create and execute customer service strategies aimed at minimizing losses and enhancing customer operations.

• Offer engineering assistance to the underwriting team by participating in client broker meetings.

• Conduct field engineering services, primarily for larger accounts and/or prospects within the designated region.

• Provide advanced property consulting services to clients.

• Recognize exposures that carry substantial loss risks.

• Examine the causes and impacts of major losses as well as property management programs.

• Support the promotion of Zurich risk transfer insurance products alongside underwriting professionals and agents across various business segments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6 or more years of experience in the Risk Engineering field OR a High School Diploma or Equivalent with 8 or more years of experience in Risk Engineering.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Fire Science, or a related discipline.

• Preferred: Experience with High Property Risk (HPR).

• Preferred: Background in Loss Control/Risk Engineering within the insurance sector.

• Preferred: Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) designation.

• Preferred: Excellent communication and consultative abilities.

• Preferred: Exceptional collaboration skills.

• Preferred: Proven track record of success working in a team environment.

• Preferred: High level of proficiency with PCs and relevant software or systems.
