Platform Manager, EDT Solution Delivery, Enterprise Governance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development, execution, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise governance standards, policies, procedures, and control frameworks.

• Create governance operating models that facilitate scalable technology delivery, compliance, and consistency in architecture.

• Define and uphold governance processes, review criteria, decision frameworks, and approval workflows.

• Coordinate architecture review processes and governance forums for new projects, improvements, integrations, and platform investments.

• Assess solution designs to ensure they align with enterprise architecture principles, technology standards, security requirements, and platform strategies.

• Establish and uphold architectural guardrails and reference patterns in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and technical leadership.

• Manage governance processes across Workday, Appian, Data & Analytics, Integration, AI, and emerging technology platforms.

• Define governance requirements throughout the entire solution lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation and operational support.

• Set governance metrics, reporting, and performance indicators to measure platform health, compliance, and adoption.

• Assist in security, privacy, risk management, validation, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

• Facilitate governance controls, evidence collection, and activities to ensure audit readiness.

• Lead risk identification, assessment, escalation, and remediation planning across enterprise technology initiatives.

• Provide guidance to business and technology leaders on governance practices, architectural decisions, and platform strategies.

• Foster relationships across Corporate Functions, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Delivery organizations.

• Conduct discussions, workshops, and governance reviews to align stakeholders on technology decisions and priorities.

• Collaborate with system integrators, consulting partners, and technology vendors to guarantee adherence to governance standards.

• Evaluate vendor-delivered solutions for architecture, security, quality, and compliance with governance.

• Support the governance oversight of partner-delivered initiatives and platform implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory for this position.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise technology.

• At least 4 years of experience in designing enterprise-scale solutions.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience with architecture review and governance processes.

• At least 2 years of experience with SDLC and Agile delivery models.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with cloud and SaaS platforms.

• Experience in Enterprise Architecture is preferred.

• Experience in governance, risk, or compliance is preferred.

• SAFe certification is preferred.

• Experience with integration platforms is preferred.

• Experience in regulated industries is preferred.

• Experience in the medical device field is preferred.
