📋 Description

• Perform a systematic evaluation of Kyriba's product organization, architecture, and operational methodologies, concentrating on how AI can enhance delivery, minimize obstacles, and unveil new capabilities.

• Develop an in-depth understanding of Kyriba's offerings, workflows, and strategic objectives.

• Create and establish a Rapid Product Design (RPD) team within the Product organization.

• Outline an AI-native operational framework, including roles, tools, and delivery methodologies throughout the product lifecycle.

• Partner with Engineering leadership to synchronize the Product RPD and Engineering RAD teams on AI principles, processes, and delivery schedules.

• Advocate for AI tools, methodologies, and perspectives within the RPD team and the wider Product organization.

• Offer strategic insights regarding AI integration in product development.

• Assist in developing enduring internal capabilities and formulating a blueprint for future product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established success as a senior product manager or product leader in fintech, treasury, or enterprise SaaS.

• Experience in building or functioning within dynamic, cross-functional delivery teams (RPD, RAD, agile, or similar).

• Proven experience working with AI tools in a product environment and a well-defined perspective on how AI is transforming product design and delivery.

• Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity, or treasury products is highly preferred.

• Capacity to work autonomously and make a rapid impact in a complex, matrixed organization.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Comfortable collaborating remotely with a globally distributed team.
