Product Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute collaborative customer engagements that are delivered on time and within budget, ensuring ongoing improvement through impactful solutions.

• Strategically plan, organize, and oversee engagement tasks, project decisions, issues, and priorities.

• Create technical solutions that meet client needs while tracking long-term customer objectives, success criteria, and accomplishments.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customer administrators and Centers of Excellence.

• Serve as a trusted expert consultant, showcasing the Docusign IAM platform across customers’ businesses by utilizing best practices.

• Work in partnership with Docusign teams to identify additional customer requirements.

• Record client requirements and expectations comprehensively.

• Achieve Professional Services success criteria, which includes utilization targets, customer satisfaction scores, and financial benchmarks.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of experience engaging directly with businesses/customers to comprehend business needs and implement technology solutions.

• At least 4 years of experience in consulting and working within implementation, solution architecture development, or business analyst teams in the Software or Software-as-a-Service sectors.

• Proven ability to identify additional customer needs.

• Capability to guide customers towards effective utilization of their contracts.

• Knowledge of document or content management and/or workflow systems and their relevance to business process enhancement.

• Experience in implementing workflow/BPM software such as Lombardi, Pega, K2, or Skelta.

• Familiarity with software implementation such as Salesforce.com, Documentum, FileNet, or MS SharePoint.

• Exceptional writing and verbal communication capabilities.

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

• Proven history of delivering projects or products to market within budget constraints.

• Experience in one or more sectors including FinServ, Tech, Telecom, Healthcare, Real Estate, Insurance, Education, or Public Sector.

• Proficiency with XML/XPath or other structured data.
