This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Take charge of the comprehensive commercialization process from the initial product definition through SKU creation to the launch phase.
⢠Create and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs), tooling configurations, business regulations, and the commercialization playbook.
⢠Convert new offerings into marketable, billable formats and provide guidance on intricate SKU and pricing strategies.
⢠Define, track, and report service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality metrics, delivering insights suitable for executive review.
⢠Keep abreast of advancements in AI and ML capabilities within CPQ and suggest enhancements.
⢠Manage the complete SKU lifecycle in Conga CPQ, including creation, testing, release, modification, and retirement of SKUs.
⢠Lead audits of the SKU catalog, streamline the catalog, and establish governance workflows, naming conventions, taxonomy standards, and hygiene reviews.
⢠Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Sales to define SKU purposes, pricing strategies, contractual language, and business regulations.
⢠Develop change management processes pertaining to quotes, contracts, and renewals.
⢠Oversee the innovation roadmap for AI and automation related to SKU and commercialization processes.
⢠Align various teams including Product Management, Sales, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Contract Operations, FP&A, Corporate Systems, and Revenue Enablement on commercialization standards.
⢠Contribute to the design of pricing strategies and monetization models.
⢠Create dashboards and reporting frameworks to enhance visibility into commercialization efforts.
⢠Manage the readiness for launches of new products and pricing modifications.
⢠Act as a reliable advisor and resource for inquiries related to the commercialization process.
⢠A bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.
⢠Over 5 years of progressive experience in product operations, revenue operations, deal desk, commercial program management, or a related area within a B2B SaaS company.
⢠Practical experience with Salesforce Conga (Apttus), including managing product catalogs, pricing rules, approval workflows, and SKU configurations.
⢠Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional process improvement or transformation projects with quantifiable business results.
⢠Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce executive-ready documentation, SOPs, and business cases.
⢠Capability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams, prioritize effectively under pressure, and meet commitments.
⢠Availability to travel quarterly for team meetings, approximately 10ā20% of the time.
⢠Understanding of AI and automation concepts as they relate to commercial operations, quoting, or contract workflows.
⢠Experience conducting SKU, product catalog, or similar rationalization audits in complex, multi-product settings.
⢠Previous experience in quote-to-cash re-platforming or major system migrations.
⢠Proficiency in business intelligence and analytics tools, such as Sigma or Power BI.
⢠Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Conga CPQ Product Administration Certification, PMP, Agile/Scrum, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
⢠Understanding of SaaS business models, subscription economics, and ARR/MRR dynamics.
⢠Ability to design scalable commercialization processes and apply quantitative analysis to operational data.
⢠Capability to implement AI and automation while considering limitations, compliance aspects, and auditability.
