This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify problem statements, opportunity evaluations, and feature specifications in collaboration with stakeholders and product team members.
• Generate product requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and journey maps.
• Convert complex business and operational requirements into user-focused workflow designs.
• Assist in solution design and UX workflows utilizing wireframes, process flows, and low-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify requirements, address design inquiries, aid in sprint planning, and facilitate delivery.
• Work with QA to ensure that features fulfill acceptance criteria and maintain quality standards.
• Engage in release validation, post-release performance monitoring, and backlog refinement.
• Cultivate relationships with operations, compliance, technology, sales, and client services teams.
• Lead workshops, user interviews, and discovery sessions with end users and external partners.
• Evaluate customer behavior, operational data, feedback, support trends, operational issues, and workflow impediments.
• Develop expertise in the SaaS product ecosystem.
• Contribute to support documentation, training materials, and change-management resources for new feature launches.
• 2–4+ years of experience as a Product & Business Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role focused on product development.
• Proven ability to balance strategic product insight with detailed business analysis documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in workflow analysis, process mapping, and basic database principles.
• Practical experience with process mapping and wireframing tools such as Figma.
• Experience working in Agile product delivery settings using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Demonstrated capability to define product requirements that align customer needs, business objectives, and technical viability.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to foster alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work in accordance with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
• Previous experience in B2B SaaS product environments.
• Experience analyzing data reports or metrics to drive product and business requirements.
• Background in supporting testing efforts or analyzing technical support challenges.
• Must be residing in the Philippines.
• Transition from probationary to regular employment after 6 months.
