This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Examine product usage and customer interactions across various platforms including Funnels, Websites, Forms, Surveys, Domains, SEO, Listings, and other LeadGen products.
• Establish, oversee, and evaluate metrics related to activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, and monetization.
• Develop and sustain dashboards and reports tailored for Product Managers and leadership teams.
• Conduct analyses such as funnel, journey, cohort, segmentation, retention, deep-dive, and root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to assess opportunities, confirm hypotheses, prioritize projects, and evaluate impacts.
• Assess feature launches pre- and post-release and suggest enhancements.
• Specify events, properties, tracking requirements, and instrumentation alongside Product and Engineering teams.
• Enhance the quality and reliability of product analytics tracking data.
• Facilitate experimentation and A/B testing by establishing success metrics and evaluating outcomes.
• Integrate quantitative product data with customer interviews, surveys, support inquiries, and feedback.
• Convey intricate analyses as clear, actionable narratives to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Supply context regarding customers, competitors, and the LeadGen ecosystem to inform product decisions.
• 1-3 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Product Operations, or a similar role.
• Proficient in SQL with a background in handling large datasets.
• Strong analytical capabilities to convert unclear business or product inquiries into organized analyses.
• Familiarity with product analytics or BI tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or comparable platforms.
• Solid understanding of product metrics including activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, churn, and monetization.
• Experience with funnel analysis, cohort analysis, segmentation, and user journey analysis.
• High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to design clear dashboards and convey insights through effective data visualization.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams.
• Capability to articulate complex findings in straightforward business language and transform analysis into actionable recommendations.
