This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Assess and enhance business-user prompts utilizing Snowflake Cortex, Claude, Codex, and comparable tools.
• Validate user queries and Prism responses against original data sources.
• Track user inquiries and replies for consistent errors, omissions, and misunderstandings.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to refine semantic layers, taxonomies, metadata, and labeling.
• Evaluate pricing, rebates, chargebacks, and related data to inform Prism's data representation.
• Interact with business stakeholders to grasp necessary inquiries and enhance prompts, queries, and data architectures.
• Develop technical specifications for model adjustments, data reorganization, and product enhancements.
• Record data sources, business logic, and interrelationships.
• Contribute data quality insights to Prism's planning and prioritization of the roadmap.
• Generate answer-accuracy test cases with QA during each sprint.
• Assist in compiling release notes, briefings, and presentations that detail Prism.
• Engage daily with Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
• Over 3 years of experience in data analysis, data correlation, or related fields.
• Technical proficiency without the need for software engineering skills.
• Proficient in writing SQL, including joins, aggregations, and window functions.
• Capability to read and troubleshoot queries crafted by others.
• Understanding of semantic layers and data structures.
• Practical experience with AI tools like Snowflake Cortex, Claude, or Codex.
• Familiarity with semantic data modeling, including ontologies, taxonomies, knowledge graphs, or similar frameworks.
• Skill in identifying discrepancies between AI-generated answers and source data, along with investigating their origins.
• Experience translating intricate data relationships into clear specifications in collaboration with Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex data and AI ideas to business stakeholders.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector or with contracts and pricing is advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Must possess valid US work authorization that does not currently or will not in the future require visa sponsorship from IntegriChain.
