Junior UX/Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage multiple projects at once, adapting to varying contexts, audiences, products, and priorities.

• Assist in research and discovery efforts, including gathering user feedback, performing desk research, and benchmarking similar interfaces.

• Support persona and user journey mapping initiatives.

• Develop both low- and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes with guidance from senior team members.

• Create responsive layouts and screens, applying principles of hierarchy, contrast, spacing, and typography in line with the brand’s visual identity.

• Contribute to the establishment and upkeep of the Design System, including reusable components and style guides.

• Ethically and responsibly utilize AI tools to enhance research, ideation, prototyping, and productivity, while critically assessing outputs and adhering to data security and confidentiality standards.

• Assist in usability testing and record the findings.

• Implement accessibility guidelines (WCAG) in interface design whenever feasible.

• Document workflows, components, and specifications, ensuring a smooth transition to the development team.

• Collaborate with developers, QA, the Product Owner, and the Product Manager during alignment meetings, brainstorming sessions, and implementation reviews.

• Engage in the ongoing enhancement of product usability and user experience based on feedback and usage metrics.


⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or technical degree program in Design, UX, Technology, or a related discipline.

• Foundational knowledge of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).

• Understanding of wireframes, prototypes, and visual design principles (hierarchy, contrast, typography, and spacing).

• Familiarity with AI tools in design, applied with critical judgment and a strong ethical sense regarding privacy and data protection.

• Well-organized and adaptable, capable of handling multiple projects in diverse contexts and independently switching between tasks.

• Interest in UX, UI, product design, and user experience.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.

• Interest in or experience with public-sector products (GovTech) and geospatial solutions (maps, GIS, and territorial data), or related areas.

• Basic understanding of user research and usability testing.

• Fundamental knowledge of Design Systems.

• Practical experience using AI in the design workflow.

• A portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or freelance projects.

• Enthusiasm for UX trends, digital design, and artificial intelligence.
