This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Evaluate and enhance business-user prompts utilizing Snowflake Cortex, Claude, Codex, and similar technologies.
• Validate user queries and Prism responses against original data sources.
• Track user inquiries and answers for consistent errors, omissions, and misunderstandings.
• Refine semantic layers constructed on raw SQL tables, encompassing taxonomies, metadata, and labeling.
• Examine pricing, rebates, chargebacks, and associated data relationships.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert information requirements into prompts, queries, and data frameworks.
• Draft technical specifications for model optimization, data reorganization, and product enhancements.
• Record data sources, business logic, and their interconnections.
• Contribute data quality insights to the Prism roadmap development.
• Develop answer-accuracy test scenarios in collaboration with QA for each sprint.
• Assist in preparing release notes, briefings, and presentations that clarify Prism functionalities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, data correlation, or related fields.
• A technical background without the necessity of being a software engineer.
• Proficient in writing SQL, including joins, aggregations, and window functions.
• Capability to read and debug queries authored by others.
• Understanding of semantic layers and data architectures.
• Practical experience with AI tools like Snowflake Cortex, Claude, or Codex.
• Familiarity with semantic data modeling, including ontologies, taxonomies, knowledge graphs, or similar concepts.
• Skill in identifying discrepancies between AI-generated answers and original data, along with the ability to investigate the underlying causes.
• Experience in translating complex data relationships into clear requirements in collaboration with Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or comparable Agile project management tools.
• Valid US work authorization that does not require current or future visa sponsorship.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or with contracts and pricing is advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
