Business Analyst / Product Owner, fluent in German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Engage in business analysis while collaborating closely with client stakeholders and the development team.

• Analyze, refine, and document both user and system requirements.

• Maintain communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Facilitate workshops and decision-making processes.

• Conduct software testing and provide user training.

• Manage 3rd-level support requests.

• Maintain and update documentation.

• Take part in project management and reporting activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A University Degree, preferably in Computer Science, a scientific field, or Economics.

• Proven experience in requirement engineering, software testing, support, and/or software development.

• Familiarity with UML, XML/XSD, SQL, usability, and accessibility is advantageous.

• Proficiency in German (C1+ level).
