Product Analyst, Conversational AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assess and enhance business-user prompts in Prism utilizing Snowflake Cortex, Claude, and Codex.

• Validate user queries and Prism responses against the original data sources.

• Track recurring errors, inconsistencies, and misunderstandings, ensuring they are rectified.

• Refine semantic layers derived from raw SQL tables, encompassing taxonomies, metadata, and labeling.

• Examine relationships across pricing, rebates, chargebacks, and various data domains.

• Collaborate with business owners to convert information requirements into enhanced prompts, queries, and data frameworks.

• Draft technical specifications for model adjustments, modifications to data structures, and product enhancements.

• Record data sources, business logic, and interrelationships.

• Contribute data-quality insights to the Prism roadmap planning and prioritization process.

• Collaborate with QA to develop accuracy test cases for answers each sprint.

• Aid in internal and external communications, including release notes, briefings, and presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in data analysis, data correlation, or equivalent analytical roles.

• Strong technical abilities without the necessity of being a software engineer.

• Proficient in SQL, semantic layers, and data structures.

• Practical experience with AI tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Claude, or Codex.

• Familiarity with semantic data modeling, including ontologies, taxonomies, knowledge graphs, or similar concepts.

• Capability to recognize when AI-generated answers differ from source data and understand the reasons behind it.

• Experience in translating complex data relationships into clear requirements.

• Proven experience collaborating with Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering teams.

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to articulate complex data and AI concepts to business stakeholders.

• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or comparable Agile tools.

• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, contracts, or pricing is advantageous.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Must possess valid US work authorization that does not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship.
