Product Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews with candidates, customers, and internal stakeholders to gather insights.

• Transform findings into clear, actionable insights and disseminate them to the team and other departments.

• Track platform metrics to pinpoint where users disengage or encounter obstacles in their journey.

• Analyze data from various sources to formulate hypotheses and uncover potential opportunities.

• Provide evidence for roadmap prioritization in collaboration with the Product Manager.

• Decompose larger initiatives into manageable deliverables and suggest MVPs to swiftly validate hypotheses.

• Draft product documentation and specifications, setting clear evaluation metrics.

• Engage in team ceremonies, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the problem and the objectives of each deliverable.

• Assist in validation efforts and monitor outcomes post-launch.

• Leverage artificial intelligence to enhance and expedite deliverables.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, emphasizing discovery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in product management.

• Proficient in working with product data and metrics.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills that are clear and concise.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

• Traits of curiosity, organization, attention to detail, and a desire to apply AI in work processes.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Preferred: experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Hotjar.

• Preferred: knowledge of SQL or similar data analysis tools.

• Preferred: a technical background for effective collaboration with engineering teams.

• Preferred: interest in careers, recruiting, and early-career employment.
