Product Analyst – Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and enhance business-user prompts in Prism utilizing Snowflake Cortex, Claude, and Codex.

• Validate user queries and Prism responses against original data sources.

• Observe questions and answers for patterns of errors, gaps, and misunderstandings.

• Enhance semantic layers constructed from raw SQL tables, including taxonomies, metadata, and labeling.

• Examine relationships within pricing, rebates, chargebacks, and other data domains.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert needs into refined prompts, queries, and data models.

• Draft technical specifications for model adjustments, data structure modifications, and product enhancements.

• Record data sources, business logic, and interconnections.

• Contribute data quality insights to Prism's roadmap planning and prioritization.

• Collaborate with QA to develop answer-accuracy test cases each sprint.

• Assist in creating release notes, briefings, presentations, and updates for both internal and customer-facing audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in data analysis, data correlation, or related analytical roles.

• Strong technical abilities without the need to be a software engineer.

• Proficient in SQL, semantic layers, and data architectures.

• Practical experience with AI tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Claude, or Codex.

• Familiarity with semantic data modeling, including ontologies, taxonomies, knowledge graphs, or similar concepts.

• Capability to recognize when AI responses diverge from source data and understand the underlying reasons.

• Proven ability to transform complex data relationships into clear requirements.

• Experience collaborating with Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.

• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, contracts, or pricing is advantageous.

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

• Valid US work authorization that currently does not require, and will not in the future require, visa sponsorship.
