Product Advocate, Developer GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify builders through various channels, including inbound, community, product, open-source, and outbound signals.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of builders’ agent projects to provide valuable insights.

• Address inquiries or connect builders with the appropriate team member when necessary.

• Schedule qualified sales meetings and equip the sales team with relevant context.

• Provide guidance to prospects when Mastra may not be the ideal solution and direct them to beneficial alternatives.

• Transform frequently asked questions into enhanced outreach, resources, systems, and product feedback.

• Assist builders with onboarding and escalate concerns to the relevant Mastra team.

• Recognize qualified opportunities and develop a sales pipeline.

• Collaborate with developers across various industries to cultivate expertise in advanced agent systems.

• Proficient TypeScript developer with experience in delivering real projects.

• Strong skills in Mastra.

• Ability to swiftly comprehend developers’ projects.

• Eagerness to engage with new developers.

• Experience in utilizing and experimenting with new agent tools.

• Well-informed perspectives on how dedicated teams construct agent systems.

• Capacity to revise opinions as new evidence emerges.

• Proven ability to demonstrate valuable outcomes on a small scale prior to automation.

• Financially motivated while recognizing commercial intent without turning every interaction into a sales pitch.

• Dependability and quick responsiveness to direct feedback.

• Customer-facing experience is advantageous, but essential customer-facing skills are required.

• Submission of LinkedIn, GitHub, and relevant social media profiles with the application.

• Provide a link to a project you have built, along with a brief explanation of its function and one technical decision in fewer than 75 words.

• Application response should identify an engineer working on an agent project that could benefit from Mastra, including the discovery method, signal, and a concise message of under 50 words.

• Explanation of a process transitioned from manual to automated, including design decisions and the overall process.
