This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist developers, partner agencies, and clients in comprehending Storyblok and implementing headless architectures.
• Facilitate workshops, create tutorials and documentation, participate in webinars, record instructional videos, and deliver product demonstrations.
• Develop sample applications, prototypes, and code snippets.
• Identify and document gaps and technical challenges within Storyblok APIs, SDKs, and services.
• Support external developers in overcoming missing functionalities or technical challenges.
• Contribute code enhancements and bug fixes to public open-source projects, including SDKs, sample applications, and starter kits.
• Suggest new or improved Headless CMS features based on interactions with customers and the developer community.
• Monitor, engage with, and assist the community on platforms like Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Dev.to.
• Represent Storyblok at both online and in-person events, as well as public speaking engagements.
• Help shape the documentation, tutorials, and onboarding roadmap.
• Over 5 years of experience in web development.
• Familiarity with CMS in general; experience with Headless CMS is advantageous.
• Extensive knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs; familiarity with GraphQL APIs is a plus.
• Proficient in at least one modern JavaScript framework, such as Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte.
• Experience in public speaking.
• Background in organizing meetups or similar events.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders across departments.
• Confidence, meticulousness, and a strong motivation to contribute to organizational success.
• Passionate and well-informed about advanced web development topics and current trends.
• Knowledgeable in AI and capable of utilizing AI tools with sound judgment and critical thinking.
