This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Oversee all operational elements of the Sales Acceleration Program.
• Act as the primary contact for program participants.
• Handle scheduling, logistics, and event coordination for both in-person and virtual program components.
• Work in collaboration with internal experts and external vendors to organize and deliver content and resources.
• Maintain detailed records of participants, training materials, progress tracking, and reporting dashboards.
• Assist in the selection, onboarding, and integration of participants into the program.
• Collect participant feedback and monitor their progress.
• Suggest ongoing enhancements to improve program results.
• Manage program communications for participants and stakeholders.
• Create periodic reports and presentations for leadership review.
• Support initiatives related to sales enablement, talent development, and producer onboarding.
• Travel more than 5 times per year.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Up to 2 years of experience in program coordination, learning and development, talent management, or similar fields.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with employees at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in managing confidential information.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to assess success and propose enhancements based on data and feedback.
• Fluency in the English language is required.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
