Producer Consultant I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze and troubleshoot intricate commission-related challenges.

• Facilitate commission processing and spearhead projects that ensure accurate payment distribution and reporting.

• Sustain and improve commission systems.

• Create and evaluate solutions.

• Oversee databases and develop automation tools.

• Produce tailored reports that address business requirements.

• Offer guidance and direction to members of the commission team.

• Execute quality audits, conduct review of reports, and validate processes.

• Recognize training and development prospects, providing coaching and performance feedback.

• Uphold departmental policies and procedures while suggesting enhancements to processes.

• Handle escalated queries, execute error corrections and reprocessing, and implement preventive measures.

• Supervise team workloads, prioritize tasks, and allocate work accordingly.

• Support and manage internal controls, compliance obligations, audit processes, and financial reporting activities.

• Craft and sustain intricate reports, analyze commission data and trends, ensure data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights.

• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis, create formulas and pivot tables, resolve reporting issues, and aid in decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience (Preferred).

• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables.

• Extensive experience in analyzing large datasets and generating complex reports.

• Familiarity with commission systems, databases, automation tools, system testing, and project testing.

• Understanding of compliance standards, financial analysis, quality validation, reporting, and workflow management.

• Successful completion of a background check.

• Must have a dedicated and private workspace that is free from distractions, along with suitable desk and seating arrangements when working from home.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 MB for downloads and 5 MB for uploads.
