Game Producer – R&D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee one of the segments of product development

• Perform market research

• Evaluate product metrics

• Develop product hypotheses based on analysis and collaborate with the team to implement them

• Create a roadmap for the product direction and be accountable for its execution from a product perspective

• Contribute to mobile puzzle and casual games for iOS and Android

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven and successful experience in mobile game development as a Senior/Lead Game Designer, Producer/Product Manager; experience in casual/puzzle games development is advantageous

• Strong understanding of mobile game trends and features

• In-depth knowledge of game/product design

• Excellent analytical skills

• Outstanding organizational and work structuring abilities

• Capability to analyze market conditions

• Awareness of monetization trends

• Proficiency in English at a B1 level or higher

• Fluency in Russian
