This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Oversee all operational elements of the Sales Acceleration Program.
• Act as the primary contact for program participants.
• Deliver continuous support and guidance throughout the development journeys of participants.
• Handle scheduling, logistics, and event coordination for both in-person and virtual program components.
• Organize workshops, training sessions, and networking opportunities.
• Partner with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to provide pertinent content and resources.
• Maintain records for participants, training materials, progress tracking, and reporting dashboards.
• Assist with participant selection, onboarding, and integration into the program.
• Collect participant feedback and track progress.
• Suggest ongoing enhancements to improve program results.
• Manage program communications for participants and stakeholders.
• Compile regular reports and presentations for leadership regarding program performance, milestones, and success metrics of participants.
• Provide support for additional sales enablement, talent development, and producer onboarding initiatives as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Up to 2 years of experience in program coordination, learning and development, talent management, or similar fields.
• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with employees across all organizational levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in managing confidential information.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to assess success and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
• Fluency in English is required.
