Producer Commissions Consultant II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for producers concerning inquiries about commissions, statements, and payment discrepancies.

• Oversee producer compensation programs, which involve calculating, processing, and reconciling commission payments.

• Enhance and optimize commission processes, workflows, and procedures.

• Maintain detailed records of commission agreements, transactions, and communications with producers.

• Prepare, review, and distribute commission statements, reports, and supporting documentation.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, licensing standards, disclosure obligations, and reporting mandates.

• Utilize commission management systems and business tools to automate and improve operational processes.

• Collaborate with technology and operations teams to improve system functionality and address issues.

• Analyze commission data, trends, and key performance indicators.

• Interpret and manage compensation structures, including base commissions, bonuses, incentives, and performance-based compensation programs.

• Work closely with business partners to implement and oversee compensation plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.

• Background in insurance or financial services is beneficial.

• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail are essential.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.

• Familiarity with Structured Query Language (SQL).

• Understanding of commission analysis and compensation plans.

• Knowledge of compliance and licensing standards is necessary.

• Experience with commission management systems and business tools is required.

• Background investigation will be conducted.

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace is required when working remotely.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is necessary.
