This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Examine operational processes to pinpoint challenges, underlying causes, and chances to enhance efficiency, precision, and producer satisfaction.
• Aid in business transformation efforts by documenting workflows, collecting requirements, assessing data quality, and proposing actionable solutions.
• Assist in the creation and upkeep of procedures, training resources, SharePoint content, and knowledge materials.
• Leverage Microsoft 365, reporting tools, automation, and AI-driven technologies to optimize processes.
• Partner with Producer Services leaders and cross-functional teams on operational, compliance, compensation, data, and technology-related requirements.
• Play a role in special projects and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Report to one manager while possibly collaborating with various teams within the division.
• Must be a full-time student throughout the internship period.
• Rising sophomores, juniors, seniors, and students pursuing advanced degrees are encouraged to apply.

• Preferred majors include Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical abilities evidenced by prior work experience and/or academic background.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and critical thinking capabilities.
• Eagerness to acquire new skills and embrace constructive feedback.
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check and verification of employment, education, and licensing.
• Must be bondable.
