This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Create innovative strategies and concepts to promote the DanceBit mobile application.
• Work in partnership with Product and User Acquisition teams to pinpoint application features and benefits, and test methods to enhance performance.
• Utilize analytical data and user feedback to optimize creative content.
• Conduct competitor research and assess market best practices.
• Develop advertisements for Meta, Google, and various other platforms.
• Facilitate team brainstorming sessions.
• Write user-generated content briefs, assess outcomes, and refine material to boost performance.
• Collaborate with designers and illustrators to quickly evaluate new ideas.
• Maintain a balance between creative ideas and performance objectives.
• Employ robust ideation and structured thinking.
• Stay updated on current social media trends.
• At least 6 months of experience as a creative producer in performance marketing.
• Preferred experience in the healthy lifestyle, nutrition, or fitness sectors.
• A data-driven mindset for decision-making.
• Thorough understanding of target audiences and their requirements.
• Capability to create and execute engaging, informative, and high-performing creative strategies and content.
• Familiarity with analytics and creative optimization.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Self-sufficiency and a desire to enhance processes.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English at B2 (upper-intermediate) level or above.
• Experience with AI and its integration into workflows is advantageous.
• Significant work experience with Google, AppLovin, TikTok, Snapchat, or Pinterest is a plus.
