This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assist in CISA IT acquisition initiatives by creating and upholding pre-award requirements, work packages, Statements of Work, acquisition strategies, and necessary documentation.
• Facilitate the requirements through internal review and approval procedures, which include procurement requests, financial workflows, and leadership evaluations.
• Oversee acquisition planning tools, contract data, tracking logs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), while integrating stakeholder feedback and pinpointing opportunities for process enhancement.
• Offer post-award assistance to Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), which includes managing procurement request packages, modification documentation, cost and schedule details, and contract tracking systems.
• Create clear and professional reports, guidance materials, and status updates for stakeholders and leadership.
• Assist in tracking contractor personnel suitability and fulfilling other operational reporting obligations.
• Manage Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and comply with relevant safeguarding and compliance standards.
• Occasional travel may be necessary depending on project requirements, client meetings, team collaboration events, or training sessions; this travel is anticipated to be under 10%.
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in federal acquisition support, contract management, procurement, program management, or a similar field, ideally within an Information Technology setting.
• Proven experience in developing and managing acquisition requirements, Statements of Work, work packages, procurement documentation, and associated pre- and post-award materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, data tracking, and reporting.
• Capability to oversee multiple acquisition actions at once, keep accurate tracking data, collaborate with various stakeholders, and adhere to deadlines in a dynamic federal environment.
• DHS Suitability is mandatory.
• Only U.S. citizens are qualified for this role.
