Procurement Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation, submission, and monitoring of requisitions, purchase orders (POs), and invoices within the ERP system, preferably SAP.

• Facilitate the procurement process for software development and engineering teams, ensuring adherence to internal protocols and timelines.

• Collaborate with global purchasing teams to aid in contract creation, approval workflows, and vendor onboarding as necessary.

• Serve as a liaison for Software Engineering (SWE) teams, ICT, global Purchasing, and Finance concerning all procurement-related matters.

• Gain a clear understanding of project requirements by working with software development teams and converting those needs into procurement actions.

• Provide updates on procurement status, PO progress, and invoice information to global and regional stakeholders.

• Maintain precise records of procurement activities, contract statuses, and expenditure tracking.

• Create and distribute routine and ad hoc procurement reports for leadership and global teams.

• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest enhancements to boost procurement efficiency.

• Ensure adherence to processes, procurement guidelines, and audit standards.

• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of procurement processes and internal documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in Procurement Operations, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or similar fields.

• Practical experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, including requisition creation, PO management, and approvals.

• Advanced experience utilizing SAP procurement modules, workflow management, and reporting functionalities.

• High proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and collaboration tools.

• Proficient in English: C1 level.
