Procurement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee domestic subcontracts that are low-volume and of medium to high complexity.

• Act as a representative for the Supply Chain organization on both functional and cross-functional teams.

• Serve as the main point of contact for communication between internal teams and supplier cross-functional organizations.

• Negotiate and manage Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, Time and Materials, and development/R&D subcontracts.

• Assess, identify, and select suppliers who meet Raytheon's criteria.

• Cultivate business-partner relationships with suppliers.

• Create and negotiate Long Term Price Agreements and associated contracts.

• Collaborate with Program Office representatives and Engineering to define and implement procurement strategies.

• Develop Statements of Work for subcontracts.

• Report directly to the Acquisitions Senior Manager.

• Provide support for multiple programs within the Advanced Product Solutions division of Raytheon.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawing specifications.

• Experience in supplier management.

• Familiarity with the SAP software application.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Preferred experience in leading formal negotiations.

• NCMA Certification is preferred.

• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is preferred.

• Experience with FAR and DFAR regulations is preferred.

• Prior experience in making presentations to key stakeholders is preferred.

• Experience leading executive and program-level supplier reviews is preferred.
