This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage assigned staff directly.
• Lead a team of around 10 direct reports who support procurement efforts across various divisions.
• Handle source selection, pricing analysis, negotiations, and risk management processes.
• Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities.
• Manage the supply base by assessing supplier performance in delivery, quality, and cost.
• Cultivate and sustain strategic relationships with suppliers.
• Supervise the issuance of RFQs for LTAs and high-value requisitions.
• Conduct negotiations for LTAs and high-value contracts.
• Discover opportunities for cross-divisional strategies.
• Build and nurture a geographically dispersed remote team.
• Align team objectives with Sector and Division goals.
• Organize schedules and coordinate activities to achieve objectives.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement, subcontracts, contracts, resource planning, or accounting; OR Master’s Degree with 3 years of experience in these fields; OR High School Diploma/Equivalent with 9 years of experience in these areas.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team, process, and/or projects.
• Experience in Procurement or Subcontracts.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance and Program Special Access within a timeframe set by the Company.
• Proficient in procurement processes, including source selection, pricing analysis, negotiations, and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Skill in identifying and communicating risks and opportunities.
• Understanding of established processes and procedures.
• Capacity to align team goals with Sector and Division objectives.
• Capability to plan schedules and organize activities to meet objectives.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience leading a team, process, and/or projects while interacting with multifunctional roles/departments.
• Preferred leadership and people management capabilities.
• Preferred experience in budgeting and knowledge of EVM.
• Preferred understanding of engineering and technical requirements.
• Preferred comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management.
• Preferred experience in pre/post-award management.
• Preferred familiarity with Government and Commercial procurement regulations.
• Preferred experience in policy and procedure interpretation and change management.
• Preferred knowledge of FAR, DFAR, ITAR, and Export regulations.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for positions requiring government clearance and certain other restricted roles.
