Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify, source, and engage candidates using Bullhorn CRM and ZoomInfo.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines through various job boards and sourcing channels.

• Perform initial outreach and pre-screening of candidates to ensure they meet client specifications.

• Work in partnership with recruiters and account managers to enhance sourcing strategies.

• Keep precise candidate records and track activities within Bullhorn.

• Deliver weekly updates regarding sourcing advancements, obstacles, and market trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Bullhorn CRM, ZoomInfo, and other job boards.

• Demonstrated experience in candidate sourcing or recruitment assistance.

• Strong understanding of Boolean search methods and sourcing best practices.

• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and oral.

• Capability to work autonomously, handle multiple tasks, and adhere to deadlines.

• Experience in the recruitment process outsourcing sector as a full-time recruiter.

• Familiarity with requirements in Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Skilled Trades fields.
